Firstly, I want to say thank you, with a HUGE smile for all the birthday wishes I received today!
Before starting the celebrations, I leave you with some pictures of denim on denim (at a time we heard that “blue is the new black”, so let it be!) Hope you like it and I wish you a good night. x
The warmer weather in London is back!! During winter it has been very hard for me to get my photos taken. Now longer days are back and I am ready to shoot more! The fun is about to begin!
On a different note I am about to send some of my looks to Elle UK as they put the best online.
So, let’s see!! Have a good Sunday!! 🙂
DESIGNER COLLABORATIONS SEEMS TO BE EVERYWHERE!!
And which one is imposing at the present? I give you a hint! The favourite brand of all girls who want it ALL and the sportswear one who gave us fashionistas some comfort again, after bringing back the iconic Stan Smith. I name them: TOPSHOP & ADIDAS ORIGINALS!!
The brands invite us to welcome the summer in a stylish sport chic manner and offer their creations at affordable prices. They managed to find the right balance between fashion, ultra trendy and sport looks, very realistic and certainly very wearable pieces!
In the campaign, the model could have escaped from the marathon. Indeed, still with wet hair. But the effort does not displease us: the collection proves to be quite exciting! As summer is not much retarded this year, we would almost want to be wearing this on a daily basis, in order to get their vests XXL, their shorts to wear under a big sweater, their beautiful prints and Superstars trainer. Fortunately the game is that we do not even have to wait for finding all these wonders in store . Come on, the collection just came out and I feel that my half marathon is just beginning!
In winter I tend to spend my Sunday in pyjamas or jogging. Yes! If I do not dress up it’s because I’ m too lazy, and I don’t see the point of dressing up if I stay at home all day.
This Sunday I am offering you an outfit of the day! Is this the exception to the rule??
I started Chic’n Mayo on September the 3rd 2013 and after 5 months I admit my blog was kind of ‘poor of contents’ simply because I wasn’t really sure on what I wanted from it.
My passion for fashion has been for all my life mis-interpreted by many people around me.
I didn’t study fashion at university. I chose business economics, specialised in marketing followed by a Msc in Management at London Cass Business School. At the age of 26 after my graduate and post graduated conventional studies, my big passion didn’t change. I decided to stay in London. I chose the difficult way. I believe my life would have been much easier in many ways in Italy, close to my family and my friends. But I always felt this city could have offered me much more! And it did! I joined my passion with my knowledge and I am now Expert Manager for SMCP Group, Maje in particular and I live in a pretty apartment in East London with the love of my life.
But I feel I still want to play more. And this blog can allow me to play with my creativity, my imagination, my superficiality and my hunger for life.
Simply I cannot live without the fashion world.
I need to express myself, I need to talk, to exchange opinions . . So, this blog is for myself in the first place but also for all of you that will read it, visit the pages, like the pictures and the contents.
NICKY INSIDE OUT is my home. By entering it, you will discover my passions, the things I love, my wishes and my dreams. Showing off is the last thing that interests me. Its just a way to express myself and you can all be part of my game here!
